Supplies Needed

 

Welcome Teachers and Parents!  Check here often to see what supplies are needed to help provide for our weekly children’s programming. Items may be dropped off at the Preschool check-in desk located by the fish tank.

We cannot use items with cartoon or fantasy characters.

  • clear plastic mayo jars with screw on lids
  • Purple crayons, purple markers, purple cloth. - We are going to teach the story of Lydia
  • clean cardboard egg containers that normally would hold a dozen eggs.
  • Cameras -  Toy or real cameras that will be used as toys.  They don’t need to work.
  • Phones - Toy, cordless, or old cell phones. They don’t need to work.
  • Toy Doctor’s kits.
  • Small zippered lunch boxes - NO cartoon/fantasy characters.
  • Toy binoculars
  • Children sized sleeping bags - NO cartoon/fantasy characters.
  • Canvas grocery sacks
  • Community helper dress up clothes - IE.. postman, fireman, doctor, etc
  • Plastic toy garden tools
  • Plastic Car Keys
  • Baby rattles
  • Women’s purses - without shoulder straps
  • Men’s wallets
  • Jinga blocks - incomplete sets are fine, we will not be playing the game with them.
  • Eye glass frames without the lens
  • Children sized sun glasses
  • Plastic grass looking mats.
  • Child sized robes -  NO cartoon/fantasy characters.
  • Boys vests - size 6 and up.
  • Boys button up shirts - size 6 and up.
  • Fun frilly dresses that slip on. - size 6 and up - NO cartoon/fantasy characters.
  • Jewelry without connectors. Necklaces, bracelets, rings.
  • Elastic pull on pants for girls and boys - size 6 and up
  • Shirts that have snaps
  • Dress up shoes.
  • Children sized slippers - NO cartoon/fantasy characters.
  • Mail tubes with approx 2 inch or larger opening.
  • Child sized lab coats
  • Children sized safety goggles
  • Child sized work gloves
  • Toy plastic hammers
  • Toy plastic birds.  Approx 3 inches in size
  • Small picnic baskets.
  • Non-breakable hand held mirrors.  Need a medium to large size.
  • Dress me activity - Practice how to zip, snap, button, buckle, etc.
  • Small fish nets or butterfly nets - Frame needs to be molded plastic, small handled, and for ages as low as 2. 
  • Spice bottles with small holes and lids. - Will be using with sand art.
  • Film Cannisters with the lids
  • Children/toddler Bibles  that do not have cartoonish illustrations
  • Toy cleaning items - Hand Vacs, Toy Irons, Toy Ironing Board, Childsized mops, etc.
